The available lead-access choices depend on the request, your role and the customer's selections.

Unlock with credits

Pay the credit amount shown to open the lead. Confirm the cost and your balance before continuing. An unlock gives access to the available contact tools, not a guaranteed response or job.

Message now and pay later

This option starts a Matchouse conversation without an upfront credit charge. Follow the conditions shown in the flow, including any payment that becomes due later.

Hire Guarantee

When a request carries Hire Guarantee, the provider pays the shown lead cost under the guarantee rules. If the professional is not hired, the eligible lead cost is returned according to the displayed conditions and recorded outcome. The request owner should record who was hired within the required window.
