How Reviews Work on Matchouse

Reviews help the community evaluate experience after a supported interaction.

When reviews are available

Matchouse can request a review after events such as a completed booking, arranged viewing or service hire. Eligible review flows can also use an invitation link or code.

Leave a useful review

Rate the supported categories, which can include quality, communication and value for money, from one to five. Describe the work or interaction honestly and avoid private personal information.

Invite reviews

Use the review invitation area to create a link or code and send it to the relevant customer. Do not offer rewards for a misleading rating.

Google reviews

Eligible businesses can connect Google reviews, sync them to the supported Matchouse review area and disconnect later.

Dispute a review

Use the dispute action when a review is fraudulent, unrelated or breaks policy. Disagreement with a fair opinion is not by itself grounds for removal.
