Agency permissions protect shared data and actions. Matchouse checks both the member's role and the action being attempted.

Typical permission areas

  • Owners, Admins and Moderators can manage members and branches where those controls are available.
  • Billing is reserved for the Owner.
  • Subscription management is available to the Owner and Admin.
  • Lead access generally supports Owner, Admin and Moderator, with some profile-lead actions available to Members.
  • Shared chat participation is controlled separately in Chat settings.

Use least privilege

Give each person the lowest role that supports their work. Review access regularly and remove former members promptly.

If an action is missing

Check the active agency, the member role, the agency subscription and whether the feature belongs in another settings area. Ask the Owner or an authorised administrator if your access needs to change.
