A Service Professional Business is for professionals who work under a shared business profile and may need team access.

Create a business

  1. Add or switch to the Service Professional role.
  2. Choose the business option when Matchouse asks how you work.
  3. Create a new business, or join one through a valid team invitation.
  4. Complete the business details and public profile.

Build the public profile

Add an accurate description, location, cover and profile images, services, portfolio work, accreditations, business details and opening information where available. Visitors may also see reviews, response information and team members.

Manage the team

Business administrators can invite members and control who joins shared chats. Booking team membership is managed separately in Booking.

Keep information current

Update services, team membership and contact details promptly. Do not claim an accreditation or verification that the business does not hold.
