Otherwise it may show as awaiting confirmation. Some extra-booking requests have a two-hour provider confirmation window.</p><h2>Online payments</h2><p>The checkout shows any deposit, saved-card request, platform fee, VIP fee or cancellation condition before you confirm. Never send card details through chat.</p><p>Track the appointment in <strong>Booking</strong> and <strong>My appointments</strong>.</p>
