Open Booking and My appointments to follow your service bookings.

Appointment groups

Bookings are organised into upcoming, past and cancelled views. A booking may show that it is awaiting confirmation, confirmed, completed, cancelled or marked as a no-show, depending on its progress.

Before the appointment

Open the booking to review the service, professional, time, price and status. Messaging becomes available for supported confirmed bookings. Use the cancellation action when it is available and review any late-cancellation or VIP terms before confirming.

Changes

If a reschedule control is offered, choose a new available time and follow the confirmation flow. Otherwise contact the provider in Matchouse chat.

After completion

Use the rating action on an eligible completed booking. Give an honest review based on the service you received.

If a payment or status appears wrong, keep the booking reference and contact support.
