Create a Matchouse Account

Register with your name and email, verify your address and complete role onboarding.

You need one Matchouse account. After registration, you choose the role that matches what you want to do first.

Register

  1. Open Matchouse and select Sign up.
  2. Choose whether you want to explore and connect or share and offer. This only starts the registration journey. You choose a detailed role during onboarding.
  3. Enter your full name and email address.
  4. Create a password with at least eight characters.
  5. Accept the terms and complete the security check.
  6. Select Create account.
  7. Enter the one-time code sent to your email address.

Complete onboarding

Choose Service Seeker, Landlord, Tenant, Buyer, Service Professional or Estate Agency. Add the profile details requested for that role. Service Professionals can continue as an individual or create or join a professional business. Estate Agency users can create or join an agency.

If the code does not arrive

Check spam and junk folders, confirm the address is correct and request a new code after the resend option becomes available.
