View Credit Balance, Transactions and Refundable Amount

The Credits area provides the account record for credit activity.

Review the summary

Open Credits to see the current balance, total credits, used amounts, refunded amounts and the refundable balance shown for your account.

Review transactions

Use the transaction list to identify purchases, lead or booking usage, refunds and adjustments. Keep the transaction reference when asking support about a charge.

Check a payment-method refund

If the refund control is available, enter the amount you want to request. Matchouse calculates any applicable fee and shows the final refundable amount and whether the balance is sufficient before you continue.

Not every credit balance is necessarily refundable. Included plan credits, rewards, used credits and previous adjustments may be treated differently. The calculation shown in the refund flow is the source of truth.
