Choose the Right Matchouse Role

A role controls which workspace, listing tools and marketplace view you see. One account can hold multiple roles.

Current roles

• Service Seeker: post a job and book a service.
• Landlord: list a rental property, post a job and book a service.
• Tenant: find a home, post a job and book a service.
• Buyer: find property, post a job and book a service.
• Service Professional: offer services, discover jobs and manage bookings. You can work individually or through a Service Professional Business.
• Estate Agency: manage property listings and agency work, discover relevant leads, post jobs and book services.

What everyone can do

All roles can use the social feed, search, profiles, chat, notifications and booking areas available to them.
