4Under consideration
Smarter discovery
Finding the right person, business, service, property or opportunity should feel relevant from the start. We are exploring ways to make discovery across Matchouse more useful as the ecosystem grows, while keeping people in control of what they see and how they explore. Which parts of discovery take the most effort for you today?
More relevant opportunities
Professionals and businesses should be able to focus on the opportunities that fit how they work. We are exploring better ways to connect genuine customer intent with relevant services and availability across Matchouse. The direction is simple: less noise, clearer context and a better starting point for both sides.
More useful connections
Following someone, saving a business or returning to a professional should lead to something useful. We are exploring how relationships built on Matchouse can make future discovery, conversations and repeat activity easier. What would help you stay connected with the people and businesses you trust?
Better ways to build trust
Trust should travel with you across Matchouse. We are exploring how profiles, experience, reviews and other useful signals can give people greater confidence when choosing who to contact, follow or book. The aim is to make credibility clearer at the moments where it helps a decision, without turning profiles into a collection of badges.

Smarter business tools
Running a presence on Matchouse should become easier as customer activity grows. We plan to bring more useful business context together so teams can understand what needs attention and act without unnecessary admin. This is about helping businesses manage relationships and activity, while keeping the experience connected to the wider marketplace.
Better customer conversations
Conversations often connect discovery, questions, service requests and bookings. We plan to make those conversations easier to follow and more useful for everyone involved, whether you are speaking as an individual, a professional or a business. How would you expect Matchouse conversations to work for your team?
Better ways to showcase your work
A profile should show more than a name and a list of services. We plan to give professionals and businesses better ways to present their work, knowledge and identity across Matchouse, helping potential customers understand what makes them a good fit before starting a conversation.
A better booking experience
Booking should feel clear from the first enquiry to the completed appointment. We plan to improve the experience for customers, professionals and teams, with better context around availability, requests and what happens next. The focus is a booking journey that feels dependable wherever it begins in Matchouse.

More useful profiles
Profiles are becoming a more consistent home for identity, work, reviews, services and activity across Matchouse. We are improving how profiles adapt to different people and organisations while keeping the experience familiar wherever you arrive. The result should make it easier to understand who someone is, what they offer and how to take the next step.
A better posting experience
Posts are a central part of the Matchouse social marketplace. We are improving how people and businesses create, present and engage with useful updates across devices. The work focuses on a calmer publishing experience, richer ways to share context and a feed that better connects content with profiles and marketplace activity.
Better mobile experience
Matchouse should feel at home on a phone, not like a smaller desktop product. We are continuing to improve navigation, readability, responsive layouts and the details that make everyday actions feel natural across iOS, Android and the mobile web. The focus is consistency and confidence wherever you use Matchouse.
