What Is Matchouse and How Do Its Tools Work?

Matchouse is a connected social marketplace for property, services and professional relationships. It brings community discovery and practical marketplace tools into one account.

You can discover people and businesses, follow their work, publish and discuss posts, find homes, request help, offer services, chat and manage bookings.

• Explore: use For you, Following and Search to discover posts and profiles.
• Marketplace: browse Properties, Businesses, Professionals and Jobs.
• Listing: create and manage the listings or requests available to your active role.
• Chat: continue conversations about properties, services, leads and bookings.
• Booking: book services or manage a provider calendar.

One account, several roles and profiles

Your Matchouse login can hold more than one role. Current roles are Service Seeker, Landlord, Tenant, Buyer, Service Professional and Estate Agency.

Each role has its own profile and workspace. The navigation, marketplace view and management tools change when you switch roles. For example, a Tenant can search for homes, while a Landlord or Estate Agency can create property listings. A Service Professional can publish services, review jobs and configure provider bookings.

How tools become available

Not every tool appears immediately or for every account. Matchouse makes tools available according to context.

• Role: property listing tools are available to Landlord and Estate Agency roles, while professional service and provider booking tools belong to Service Professional profiles.
• Profile type: an individual professional, Service Professional Business and Estate Agency have different profile, team and management controls.
• Activity: some actions appear after you create a listing, post a job, open a lead, start a conversation, confirm a booking or complete an eligible interaction.
• Team permissions: agency and business tools can depend on whether you are an Owner, Admin, Moderator or Member.
• Eligibility and status: a subscription, sufficient credits, verification, an eligible payout account or an approved listing may be required for a particular action.

If a tool is not visible, first check the active role, selected organisation, profile setup, permissions and the status of the relevant listing, lead or booking.
