Verify Your Identity on Matchouse

Identity verification is a check attached to the individual account. It can add a public indicator after successful completion.

Start verification

1. Open Profile and Verification Centre.
2. Review the check, eligibility information and any price shown.
3. Continue to the secure identity provider.
4. Follow the instructions for the requested identity document and face or device check.
5. Return to Matchouse to review the status.

Status and privacy

Matchouse receives the verification result and the information needed to display status. Follow the privacy information shown by Matchouse and the identity provider before continuing.

What verification means

A verification indicator confirms that the supported check was completed. It does not guarantee honesty, quality, qualifications, property rights or the outcome of a transaction.

If verification fails

Check that the document is supported, current, clear and belongs to you. Follow the retry guidance shown or contact support with the verification reference. Do not send identity documents through chat.
