Keep Your Matchouse Account Secure

Use a unique password and protect every device that can access Matchouse.

Secure the login

• Use a unique password with at least eight characters.
• Never share a password or one-time email code.
• Use Forgot password from the login page if access is lost.
• Ignore links that ask you to sign in on an unfamiliar domain.

Review sessions

Open Account settings and Security and login. Review devices, browsers, approximate locations and recent activity. Sign out an unfamiliar session or sign out all sessions after confirming your password.

Two-step settings

A user-configurable multi-factor authentication screen is not currently available. Matchouse may still require an email challenge during login. Never approve or share a code you did not request.

Suspected compromise

Reset the password, sign out other sessions and contact support. Include the time and device details, but never send the password or full payment information.
