Delete Your Matchouse Account

Permanently remove your Matchouse account and understand what to check first.

Account deletion is permanent. Matchouse does not currently offer a temporary deactivation control in account settings.

Before deleting

  • Finish or resolve active bookings, payments and conversations.
  • Review organisation ownership and transfer essential agency or business responsibilities where possible.
  • Save any records you are required to keep.
  • Cancel subscriptions through the billing route that originally supplied them if required.

Delete in the app

  1. Open Account settings.
  2. Open Danger zone.
  3. Select the account deletion option.
  4. Read the warning, confirm the checkbox and type DELETE.
  5. Confirm the final action.

Use the website request flow

The Matchouse website also provides an account deletion request. Submit the account email address, verify the message sent to you and confirm the request.

If you cannot access the account or email address, contact support and explain the access problem. Support may need to verify ownership before helping.
