Public profiles help people evaluate who to follow, contact or book. The fields shown depend on the profile type and the information you add.

Information that may be public

  • Name, profile and cover images, description and general location.
  • Role, business or agency affiliation and team information.
  • Services, portfolio work, accreditations and business details.
  • Reviews, verification indicators, response information and online or recent activity indicators where available.
  • Posts and other public activity.

Information kept private

Your password, full payment card data and private account security information are not displayed on your public profile. A property listing's flat or house number is marked private during listing creation. Contact details may become available through specific lead or conversation flows.

Review before publishing

Open your public profile using the share or view-profile option. Remove sensitive information from descriptions, posts, portfolio images and listing media. Agency members can review the visibility setting on their agency user profile.

Matchouse visibility controls do not replace care about what you publish. Never include identity documents, login codes or full payment information in public content or chat.
