Manage a Property Listing and View Analytics

Use the property listing area for your active Landlord or Estate Agency role to manage property adverts.

Listing status

• Processing: the listing is waiting for review and editing may be unavailable.
• Active: the listing is approved and published.
• Inactive: the listing is unpublished or otherwise unavailable.

Edit the listing

Open the property, select the edit action and update the relevant step. A significant edit may return the listing to review.

Update availability

Use the current availability control so customers see whether a property is available, under offer, let, sold or sold subject to contract, as applicable.

Publish or unpublish

Use the publish control in the listing preview. Unpublishing removes it from active discovery without deleting the record.

View performance

Owners can open property analytics to review available totals and graph data for the listing. Treat analytics as directional and compare the selected dates before drawing conclusions.
