Last updated 9 days ago

Landlord and Estate Agency roles can create property listings. Buyers and Tenants can search and save properties but cannot publish them.

Start the listing

  1. Switch to Landlord or Estate Agency.
  2. Open Listing and start a property listing.
  3. Enter the postcode and select or enter the address. The flat or house number is marked private.
  4. Add the advert type, property type, council tax, EPC information, rooms, parking, furnishing, description and optional video link.
  5. Select amenities and key features, upload images and optionally add a floor plan.
  6. Complete the rent or sale details, including price and availability.
  7. Review and submit.

Rent and sale details

Rental listings can include move-in date, rent period, tenancy length, tenant preferences and deposit. Sale listings can include price qualifier, classification, tenure, instructed date and expiry information.

After submission

A new or edited listing may show as Processing while it is reviewed. Editing can be unavailable during this stage. Keep every statement and image accurate and make sure you have authority to advertise the property.
