Create or join an agency, manage listings, teams, leads, chat and bookings.

The Estate Agency role provides a shared workspace for property and related customer work.

Start here

  1. Create an agency or accept a valid agency invitation.
  2. Complete agency and member profile details.
  3. Review the agency subscription information shown in the app.
  4. Invite members and assign Owner, Admin, Moderator or Member access.
  5. Configure shared chat participation.
  6. Create and manage authorised property listings.
  7. Review available valuation requests, profile leads and service jobs.
