Buy Matchouse Credits

Purchase credits, confirm the amount and payment, and check the updated balance.

You can add credits from the Credits page or from a supported action that needs more credits.

Buy credits

  1. Open Credits or select Buy more credits.
  2. Choose an available amount or enter a supported amount. The current custom minimum is 50 credits.
  3. Review the total price and payment information.
  4. Confirm the purchase.
  5. Return to Credits and check the balance and transaction record.

Automatic top-ups for bookings

Providers can separately enable card-based automatic credit top-ups in Booking and Payments & limits. This requires consent and can be controlled with the available limits.

If the balance does not update

Do not submit repeated payments immediately. Refresh the page, check Transactions and contact support with the payment reference if the purchase is still missing.
