Property Listing Review and Publication Status

Matchouse reviews property listings before or after important changes to help maintain marketplace quality.

Statuses you may see

• Processing: the listing is waiting for a decision. Editing may be locked.
• Active: it is approved and published.
• Inactive: it is unpublished or not available to the marketplace.

If a listing is not approved

Review any reason shown, correct inaccurate or incomplete information and submit again if the control is available. Common issues include unclear media, missing required fields, unauthorised advertising, misleading claims and content that conflicts with community standards.

Keep an approved listing accurate

Update price and availability promptly. Mark a rental as let or a sale as sold when appropriate. A later edit may require another review.

If a status does not change or no reason is shown, contact support with the property link. Do not create repeated copies to avoid review.
