Understand Matchouse Credits

Credits are a Matchouse balance used for eligible actions such as opening certain leads and unlocking extra bookings beyond a plan allowance.

Where credits are used

• Opening a service or profile lead when a credit unlock is offered.
• Unlocking an extra provider booking after the included allowance. The current extra-booking cost shown in Booking is 2.5 credits.
• Other credit actions explicitly shown in the app.

Before spending

Matchouse shows the credit cost and your balance before confirmation. A lead unlock provides access to an opportunity, not a guaranteed reply or job.

Track the balance

Open Credits to see current balance, purchases, usage, refunds and adjustments. Subscription allowances and purchased credits may follow different rules.
