Add services to an individual or business profile so customers can understand and book your work.

Service Professionals and Service Professional Businesses can describe the work they offer on their public profiles.

Add a service

  1. Open the professional or business profile settings.
  2. Choose the services area.
  3. Add an accurate service name, category, description and any available pricing information.
  4. Add suitable portfolio or accreditation evidence where supported.
  5. Save and review the public profile.

Bookable services

A profile service and a bookable service serve different purposes. A bookable service also needs pricing, duration, delivery mode, availability and eligible team members. See Create and Manage Bookable Services.

Keep the offer accurate

Update the profile when availability, coverage, pricing or accreditation changes. Do not promise outcomes or qualifications you cannot substantiate.

Customers can discover providers in Marketplace and may contact or book them from the profile.
