Create and Manage a Service Professional Business
Set up a public Professional Business, add a team, assign services and coordinate bookings, leads, chats, reviews and notifications.
Last updated About 1 month ago
A Service Professional Business represents a company that delivers services through a team. It gives the business a public profile and shared tools for services, bookings, leads, conversations, reviews and team management.
Create the business profile
- Add or switch to the supported business role.
- Enter the business name and public information requested.
- Add a logo, cover image, description and contact details.
- Add the main location, working mode and opening information.
- Review the public profile before sharing it.
Use the registered or trading identity customers will recognise. Do not create duplicate businesses for individual team members.
Add team members
Open the business team area and invite the people who need access. Assign the role or permission that matches their responsibility.
Without an active Business plan, a Professional Business can add up to 2 team members. An active Business plan supports up to 50.
Review access when a person's role changes or they leave. Team permissions can affect business chats, bookings, notifications and other shared work.
Connect professional profiles
When a business member also has a Service Professional profile, Matchouse can provide a View profile route from the team experience. This helps customers understand the individual professional behind the service.
Keep the person's professional information accurate and avoid conflicting service descriptions between the member and business.
Publish and assign services
Create the services offered by the business, then assign each bookable service to the team members who can deliver it. Customer availability can depend on the service assignment, booking hours, team shifts, blocked time and existing appointments.
Test the public service after changing assignments.
Manage leads and bookings
Business lead preferences control the services, customer answers and areas that should generate matched alerts. Booking settings control availability, confirmation, payment timing and deposits.
An active Business plan includes:
- Unlimited online booking access
- 5 service lead opens each month
- 60 review invitations each month
- VIP booking earning tools
- Up to 50 team members
The current app shows Matchouse Business at £69 per month. Review checkout for the final price and renewal terms.
Without an active plan, the public business remains searchable and customers can request services. Each incoming booking is held until it is unlocked with 2.50 credits within the displayed business-hours deadline.
Coordinate conversations and notifications
Use business group chats for work managed by the company. Matchouse can send business events to the team members whose roles and permissions make the notification relevant.
Keep roles current so the right people receive booking, lead, message and review activity.
Collect reviews for the right professional
When a team member delivered the work, choose that Service Professional in the review invitation journey. This can keep the review connected to the individual experience while supporting the business reputation where applicable.
Share the business
Share the public profile link or add the compact Matchouse profile embed to the business website. The embed supports System, Light and Dark appearance and is designed for a compact height of about 165 pixels.
