Create and Manage Bookable Services

A bookable service tells customers what they can arrange and provides the information needed to choose a time.

Create a service

1. Open Booking, then Services.
2. Select the option to add a service.
3. Add a clear name and description.
4. Choose fixed or conditional pricing. Conditional pricing can use option groups with single or multiple selections.
5. Set the duration and choose in person, online or both.
6. Add a label, category and useful search keywords.
7. Optionally add a fixed or percentage offer.
8. Assign eligible booking team members.
9. Save and review the service as a customer would see it.

Update a service

Return to Booking and Services, open the service and edit its details. Existing appointments retain their own booking record, so contact affected customers if a material change applies to them.

Accurate pricing, duration and delivery information reduces avoidable cancellations.
