A clear report helps the team distinguish a product bug from a permission, connection or device issue.

Report a bug

Use the feedback or support route available in Matchouse. Include the affected role, page, expected result, actual result, exact steps, time, device and browser or app version. Add a screenshot only after removing private information.

Suggest a feature

Describe the problem you want solved, who has it and the outcome that would help. A short use case is more useful than a long list of controls.

Do not include secrets

Remove passwords, login codes, full card details, identity documents and another person's private information.

After submission

Keep the report link or support reference. A submission is not a promise that a feature will be built or that a bug has a fixed release date.
