Found something that’s not working or have an idea to improve the platform? Here’s how to share it with us.

Reporting a Bug
If something on the platform isn't working as expected, please let us know so we can fix it quickly.
To report a bug:
Go to your Profile menu or the Help Centre > Feedback
Click “Report a Bug”
Fill out the short form with:
What’s not working
Where it happened (page or section)
(Optional) Upload a screenshot or add extra details
Once submitted, our team will review the issue and work on a fix based on priority.
Suggesting a Feature
Have an idea that could make Matchouse even better? We’d love to hear it.
To suggest a feature:
Go to your Profile menu or the Help Centre > Feedback
Click “Suggest a Feature”
Describe your idea, why it’s helpful, and who it would benefit
We regularly review suggestions and prioritise popular or high-impact requests. Some ideas may also be shared publicly for community voting.
What Happens Next?
Bug reports are reviewed daily by our product team
Feature requests are reviewed weekly and considered for future updates
Urgent issues are addressed immediately, while others are added to our roadmap
