Click your profile icon and go to Dashboard
Select the Messages tab
Filter chats by:
Active
Offers Pending
Hired
Closed
Quick Actions Inside the Chat:
💬 Reply directly in real time
📎 Attach documents, images, or contracts
✅ Accept or Decline Offers securely
🔁 Switch to group chat (if part of a multi-role transaction)
4. 🛠️ Responding to Lead Notifications (For Pros & Agencies)
When you receive a lead notification (service request or profile match):
Go to your Leads tab
Click on the lead to view full details:
User’s intent and location
Service required or role type
Message (if included)
Decide to:
💳 Purchase the lead to unlock chat access
🗂️ Save for later
🚫 Dismiss if not relevant
Once you purchase the lead, the chat opens and you can message the user instantly.
