Finding & Evaluating Service Requests on Your Lead Board

Learn how to navigate your Lead Board, filter the right jobs, and evaluate which service requests are worth unlocking for your business.

What Is the Lead Board?

Your Lead Board is the central hub where you can view all incoming service requests matched to your profile.

It’s updated in real-time and shows jobs based on:

  • Services you offer

  • Your selected service areas

  • Lead models you're eligible for (FastTrack, EngageNow, HireGuarantee)


Where to Find the Lead Board

  1. Log in to your Matchouse account

  2. From your Dashboard, click Lead Board

  3. Use filters to browse through live leads that match your criteria

You’ll see new requests at the top, with a preview of each lead’s details.


What You’ll See in Each Lead Preview

Before deciding to unlock a lead, you’ll be able to see:

  • Service type requested (e.g. cleaner, electrician, solicitor)

  • Job description or brief details

  • Location

  • Lead model (FastTrack, EngageNow, HireGuarantee)

  • Number of professionals who have already unlocked it

  • Lead age (how recently it was posted)

  • Credit cost

Tip: Look for recently posted jobs with fewer unlocks for the best chance of success. Fast response often leads to higher conversion.


How to Filter & Sort Service Requests

Use filters on your Lead Board to narrow results by:

  • Location or postcode

  • Category or subcategory

  • Credit cost

  • Lead model (e.g. view only EngageNow leads)

  • Time posted

This helps you avoid irrelevant leads and focus on the highest value jobs for your time and budget.


Evaluating If a Lead Is Worth Unlocking

Here’s how to assess whether a job is a good fit:

  • Relevance – Does it match your expertise and availability?

  • Location – Is it within your service coverage?

  • Lead model – Are you comfortable with the level of risk (e.g. FastTrack vs HireGuarantee)?

  • Detail – Has the client provided enough info to show intent?

  • Urgency – Can you respond and deliver quickly if needed?

Your Lead Board is automatically updated and shows:

  • New and available leads

  • Leads you've unlocked

  • Leads you skipped

  • Leads that expired or were closed

Use the tabs to manage your pipeline efficiently and avoid clutter.
