What Are Matchouse Credits?

Matchouse Credits are the platform’s internal currency used by professionals and estate agencies to:

• Unlock service request leads or profile leads

• Access premium lead models like FastTrack, EngageNow, and HireGuarantee

• Boost your visibility or feature your services (where applicable)

Credits give you full flexibility — you only spend when it makes sense for your business, and you stay in control of every purchase.

🛒 How to Purchase Credits

You can buy credits directly from your dashboard. Here’s how:

1. Log in to your Matchouse account.
   Navigate to your main dashboard.

2. Go to the Credits section.
   Click on your profile dropdown (top right corner) → Select Billing & Credits.

3. Choose ‘Buy Credits’.
   You’ll see several credit bundles with volume-based discounts.

4. Select your package.
   Pick a package that fits your current needs. You can upgrade anytime.

5. Complete the checkout.
   Enter your payment details and confirm. We accept most major debit/credit cards and secure gateways.

6. Credits are added instantly.
   Once payment is confirmed, your credit balance will update in real time.

💼 Where You Can Use Credits

Your credits can be used to:

• Unlock a lead: When viewing your Lead Board, choose a lead and select Unlock Lead. The credit cost will be shown upfront before confirming.

• Respond to EngageNow Leads™: Send a first message without charge. If the user replies, the lead cost will be deducted automatically.

• Secure HireGuarantee Leads™: You’ll only be charged credits when the client confirms the hire.

• Boost visibility (Coming Soon): Some optional promotional features may allow credit usage to increase profile or listing reach.

🔄 Will My Credits Expire?

No — your Matchouse credits do not expire. You can hold them for as long as you like and spend them when it suits your business.

👀 Viewing Your Credit Balance & Purchase History

You can always track your credit activity:

• Go to Billing & Credits from your dashboard.

• See current balance, past purchases, and how credits were used.

• Invoices and receipts are available for download.

TIP: Start with a mid-size credit pack if you're trialling the platform. It gives better value per lead than single purchases and helps you test different lead types like FastTrack or HireGuarantee.
