Where to View Your Credit Balance and Transactions

Learn how to check your current credit balance, view recent transactions, and download invoices from your dashboard.

🔍 What You Can Track

Matchouse gives you a full breakdown of your credit activity, including:

  • ✅ Total remaining credits

  • ✅ Lead purchases and their cost

  • ✅ Credit pack purchases

  • ✅ Refunds or adjustments (if any)

  • ✅ Downloadable receipts and invoices

This helps you monitor spending, manage your budget, and keep your records clean — especially for business or accounting purposes.


📍 Where to Find It

To access your credit balance and transaction history:

  1. Log in to your Matchouse account.

  2. Click on your profile icon (top right corner of the page).

  3. Select “Billing & Credits” from the dropdown menu.

  4. You’ll land on the Credits Overview page.


💰 Understanding the Credits Overview Page

Once on the Billing & Credits section, here’s what you’ll see:

Section What it shows

Credit Balance

Total number of credits available for use

Transaction History

List of all lead unlocks, credit purchases, and usage

Receipts & Invoices

Downloadable PDF invoices for your records

Purchase New Credits

Quick access to buy additional credits

You’ll also see each transaction timestamped and labelled (e.g., "Lead Unlocked: Liverpool Street plumbing job – 3 credits").


🧾 Downloading Receipts or Invoices

Matchouse provides instant access to receipts:

  1. Go to Billing & Credits.

  2. Scroll to the Receipts / Invoices section.

  3. Click Download next to any past purchase or transaction.

  4. PDF will download for your records – perfect for tax or bookkeeping.


🔔 What If Something Looks Wrong?

If you see a transaction you don’t recognise or have a question about your billing:

Note: Matchouse credits are only deducted when you choose to engage with a lead or buy a feature. You’ll always see the credit amount before confirming any action.
