Step-by-Step: Listing a Property

1. Log In to Your Account

Go to matchouse.com and sign in to your Landlord or Estate Agency account.

2. Click “Create a Listing”

You'll find this on your dashboard or in your main navigation menu.

3. Fill Out the Listing Details

Complete the form with:

  • Property Type (Flat, House, Studio, Commercial, etc.)

  • Listing Type (To Let or For Sale)

  • Number of Bedrooms / Bathrooms / WCs

  • Full Address or Area Name

  • Rent or Sale Price

  • Availability Date

  • Furnishing Details

  • Photos and Videos (optional but recommended)

  • Description and key features

💡 Listings with high-quality photos and a clear description attract more interest.

4. Set Listing Privacy

Choose whether to:

  • Publicly list your property (visible on explore/search pages)

  • Keep it private (shared only through profile-based matching)

You can change this setting anytime.

5. Submit the Listing

Click “Publish” or “Save as Draft”. If you're an agency, your listing may be reviewed before going live.
