When you register, a confirmation email is automatically sent to your inbox
Open the message and click the verification link
Your email is now confirmed and your account is active

How to Verify Your Phone Number
Go to your Profile Settings
Enter your UK mobile number
Click Send Code
Enter the 6-digit code sent to your phone
You’ll see a green “Verified” badge on your profile
How to Verify Your ID

Go to Profile Settings > ID Verification
Upload a clear photo of a valid government-issued ID (passport, driving licence, BRP card)
Submit the form and pay the £3.99 one-time fee
Verification is typically processed within 1 business day

What Does the Verified Badge Look Like?

Estate agency accounts do not require ID verification. However, the agency owner can choose to verify their personal ID to improve trust and credibility.
