How to Verify Your Email

  1. When you register, a confirmation email is automatically sent to your inbox

  2. Open the message and click the verification link

  3. Your email is now confirmed and your account is active

How to Verify Your Phone Number

  1. Go to your Profile Settings

  2. Enter your UK mobile number

  3. Click Send Code

  4. Enter the 6-digit code sent to your phone

  5. You’ll see a green “Verified” badge on your profile


How to Verify Your ID

💡 This is optional but highly recommended for professionals, landlords, and estate agents who want to stand out.

  1. Go to Profile Settings > ID Verification

  2. Upload a clear photo of a valid government-issued ID (passport, driving licence, BRP card)

  3. Submit the form and pay the £3.99 one-time fee

  4. Verification is typically processed within 1 business day
