Why Create an Account?

Your Matchouse account lets you:

Post properties or services
Find homes, tenants, buyers, or professionals
Receive and respond to offers
Use messaging, reviews, and profile matching
Access one or more estate agency dashboards if invited or verified

You can switch roles anytime. One account is all you need.

What You Need to Register

Email Address	A valid email is required to create your account and verify access
Name	Your first and last name, or business name if relevant
Password	Create a secure password

📧 If you're registering as an estate agency owner, please use your business email address. This can be a personal email like [email protected] or a shared one like [email protected].

Step-by-Step: Creating Your Account

✅ Step 1: Visit the Sign-Up Page

Go to matchouse.com
Click “Sign Up” in the top-right corner
Fill in your details: name, email, and password
Choose your role (see details below)

✅ Step 2: Choose How You Want to Use Matchouse

When creating your account, you'll be asked to select your primary role. You can change or add roles later.

Available roles include:

Landlord
Tenant
Buyer
Estate Agent
Service Professional
Service Seeker
Estate Agency (business account)

🏢 If you are an estate agency owner, choose “Estate Agency”. You'll then be guided to submit your agency profile for verification. Learn more in Creating or Joining an Estate Agency.

✅ Step 3: Confirm Your Email

After submitting the form, check your inbox for a confirmation email.

Open the message and click the verification link
This activates your account and unlocks full access

Already Registered? Switch Roles Anytime

If you’ve already signed up under a different role and now want to create or join an estate agency:

Click your profile icon
Go to Profile Settings
Select “Switch Role”
Choose “Estate Agency”
Follow the instructions to either create a new agency or join an existing one

Verifying Your Profile (Optional but Recommended)

You can verify your account to build trust and increase visibility:
