Getting Started
Do I need to pay to join Matchouse?
No. Signing up and using most features on Matchouse is completely free. You only pay for premium tools, service credits, or optional verification.
What do I need to register?
Just a valid email address. You can sign up in seconds and choose your role after registration. No credit card required.
Can I change my role later?
Yes. You can switch between roles (Landlord, Tenant, Buyer, Estate Agent, Service Professional, Service Seeker) anytime via your profile settings.
💡 Many users operate with more than one role depending on their needs.
🧩 Using the Platform
Do I need to verify my identity?
Verification is optional, but highly recommended. It helps boost trust and improves your visibility.
How does Matchouse match me with others?
Smart matching uses:
Your profile role and preferences
Location and availability
Task or listing details
Reviews and trust score
The more complete your profile, the better your matches.
Is my information private?
Yes. Only your name, role, public profile info, and reviews are visible. Your email, ID, and private data are never shared.
🏢 Agencies & Professional Use
I’m an estate agent. How do I join or create an agency?
Choose “Estate Agency” as your role
Submit your agency profile for verification
Or join an existing agency if you’ve been invited
Once approved, you can access the agency dashboard and manage listings
Verification takes 24–48 hours. A business email and valid accreditation are required.
Can I use one login for multiple roles or agencies?
Yes. One login is all you need. You can switch between roles and access multiple agency dashboards from your main account.
Can estate agents access my landlord dashboard?
No. Only you, as the landlord, control your dashboard. You may choose to invite an agent to your property chat to collaborate — but they cannot access your account directly.
