Why Roles Matter

When you create an account on Matchouse, you'll choose a role that matches how you want to use the platform. Your role controls:

  • What tools appear in your dashboard

  • How you're matched with other users

  • What kind of listings or jobs you can post

  • What kind of leads or services you can access

But you’re never limited. You can switch roles or use multiple roles at any time from your profile settings.

FAQs

Can I access multiple roles from one account?

Yes. Matchouse is built for flexibility. You can manage properties, offer services, and work with multiple agencies — all from a single login.

Do I need ID verification for each role?

No. ID verification is optional and tied to your account, not each role. However, agency verification is required for creating a public agency profile.

Can I keep my reviews if I leave an agency?

Reviews under your agency profile stay with the agency. If you want to build your own career portfolio, create a personal estate agent profile to collect individual reviews.
