Who Can Use an Agency Account?

This article is for:

  • Estate agents creating a new agency profile on Matchouse

  • Freelancers or self-employed agents working with multiple agencies

  • Team members joining existing agencies for lead access and collaboration

You don’t need a separate login for each agency. One Matchouse account gives you access to every agency you’re invited to.

Creating a New Estate Agency Account

Step 1: Create a Personal Account and Choose “Estate Agency” Role

Start by signing up on matchouse.com using a valid personal email address.
During registration, select “Estate Agency” as your role. You’ll then be prompted to begin creating your agency profile.

Step 2: If You’re Already Logged In with a Different Role

If you've already created an account under a different role (like landlord or service professional), you can easily switch:

  1. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner

  2. Go to Profile Settings

  3. Click “Switch Role”

  4. Select “Estate Agency”

  5. You’ll now be guided to create or join an agency

Step 3: Submit Your Agency Registration for Verification

You’ll be prompted to fill out a registration form to verify your agency.

Required details include:

Field Required?

Agency name

Business details

Website & business email

Contact number & office address

Accreditation details (e.g. ARLA, NAEA)

Social media links

Optional

Verification takes 24 to 48 hours. You’ll receive updates by email throughout the process.

Joining an Existing Agency

If you're already working with a registered agency:

  1. Switch to the Estate Agency role

  2. Click “Choose an Agency”

  3. Browse or search for your agency

  4. Click Join next to the agency name

  5. You’ll be granted access if the agency owner has already invited you, or they’ll be notified to approve you

Working with Multiple Agencies

Matchouse supports agents who work across multiple branches or freelance for different agencies.

  • You can join any number of agencies using your personal account

  • No need to log in or register again

  • Switch between agencies from your profile settings

Accessing the Agency Dashboard

Once approved or added to an agency:

  • You’ll access a dedicated agency dashboard

  • You must create a profile specific to that agency

    • Use your agency email, role (e.g., lettings manager), and contact details

    • This profile is public under the agency’s name

📌 Reviews and activity in the agency dashboard belong to the agency, not your personal profile.
