Last updated 12 days ago

Create a free estate agency profile on Matchouse to showcase your agency, manage listings, add team members and connect directly with buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants.

The setup process only takes a few minutes. Agency accounts must be reviewed and approved before full access is granted.

Before you begin

Have the following information ready:

  • Your agency’s business name

  • Branch name, where applicable

  • A short agency description

  • Business logo

  • Cover image

  • Areas your agency serves

  • Business email address

  • Agency contact and company information

  • Website and social media details, where available

Using an official business email address and accurate company information can help prevent delays during verification.

Step 1: Create or log in to your Matchouse account

Go to Matchouse and select the option to create an account.

Enter your login details or sign in if you already have a personal Matchouse account.

You can use one Matchouse account to access different platform roles.

Step 2: Choose Estate Agency as your role

On the Choose your role page, select Estate Agency.

The Estate Agency role is designed for agencies that want to:

  • Create and manage property listings

  • Build a public agency profile

  • Add branches and team members

  • Receive direct enquiries

  • Connect with landlords, sellers, buyers and tenants

  • Post jobs or book services for the agency

After selecting Estate Agency, click Create & Login to continue.

Step 3: Choose your agency account type

You will be asked whether you want to create a new agency or join an agency that already exists on Matchouse.

Create an agency

Choose Create an agency when:

  • Your business is not currently registered on Matchouse

  • You are the agency owner, director or authorised account administrator

  • You want to create and manage the main agency profile

Join an agency

Choose Join an agency when:

  • Your agency already has a Matchouse profile

  • You are joining as an employee or team member

  • Another person in your business already manages the agency account

Do not create a duplicate agency profile if your business is already registered. Select Join an agency instead.

Select the appropriate option and click Next.

Step 4: Start your agency account request

When creating a new agency, Matchouse will explain the account verification process.

Click Create to open the agency registration form.

Agency accounts are reviewed to help keep Matchouse secure, accurate and free from fraudulent or duplicate business profiles.

Verification may take up to 48 hours, depending on the information provided and the number of applications being reviewed.

Step 5: Complete your business details

The first stage of the form asks for your agency’s main business information.

Complete the required fields carefully.

Business name

Enter the full trading or registered name of your estate agency.

Example:

Smith & Co Estate Agents

Branch

Enter the branch name where applicable.

This field may be left blank if your agency only has one office or does not use separate branch names.

Example:

Manchester City Centre

Description

Write a clear introduction to your agency. Explain:

  • The areas you cover

  • Whether you provide sales, lettings or property management

  • The type of clients you support

  • What makes your agency different

  • Your experience or specialist services

Avoid adding phone numbers, email addresses or promotional links inside the description unless the form specifically requests them.

Business logo

Upload a clear, high-quality version of your agency logo.

A square or landscape image with a clean background normally works best.

Cover image

Upload an image that represents your agency.

This could include:

  • Your office

  • Your team

  • A branded agency graphic

  • A high-quality property image

  • The local area your agency covers

Service area

Enter the town, city, postcode or area where your agency operates.

You can then use the radius control to define how far your agency provides services.

Business email

Use an official agency email address wherever possible.

For example:

[email protected]

Using a registered business email address rather than a personal email can help the verification process.

Step 6: Complete the remaining setup sections

The agency setup form contains four stages:

1. Business Details

Add your agency name, description, branding, contact information and service area.

2. Preferences

Choose the property and service preferences that apply to your agency.

Complete these accurately so Matchouse can provide more relevant enquiries, connections and platform recommendations.

3. Branches

Add your agency branches where applicable.

You may be asked to provide information such as:

  • Branch name

  • Address

  • Contact details

  • Areas covered

  • Team or branch information

Agencies with one location can continue with their primary business details.

4. Social & Submit

Add your website and relevant social media profiles.

Review all information before submitting your application. Make sure that:

  • Your business name is correct

  • Your contact details are current

  • Your images display properly

  • Your service areas are accurate

  • Your agency description is complete

  • Your company information can be verified

Step 7: Submit your agency profile for verification

Once every required section has been completed, submit your agency account request.

The Matchouse team or verification system will review the information provided.

During this time, you may have limited access to agency management features.

You may be contacted if additional information is required.

Step 8: Access your agency account after approval

Once approved, you can begin managing your agency on Matchouse.

Depending on the features available to your account, you can:

  • Complete and publish your agency profile

  • Add branches

  • Invite team members

  • Create and manage listings

  • Receive direct enquiries

  • Connect with landlords, sellers, buyers and tenants

  • Manage leads

  • Post jobs

  • Book services

  • Build your agency’s reviews and reputation

Your profile information should be kept accurate and updated whenever your business details change.
