Credit returns can come from a product rule, a payment-method refund request or a support adjustment.

Hire Guarantee returns

An eligible Hire Guarantee lead can return its lead cost when the professional is not hired and the required outcome is recorded within the displayed conditions.

Refund purchased credits

Open Credits and use the refund option if available. Enter the requested amount and review the calculated fee, final refundable amount and sufficient-balance check.

Report a wrong charge

Contact support with the credit transaction, lead or booking reference, date and a concise explanation. Do not send full card details.

Important limits

Used credits, included plan allowances, referral rewards and previously adjusted amounts may not be refundable to a payment method. Matchouse shows the eligible amount before submission.
