Matchouse is for constructive property, service and community activity. These standards apply across public content, profiles, listings, chat and reviews.

Not allowed

• Fraud, impersonation, deceptive claims or unauthorised listings.
• Harassment, threats, hate or abusive targeting.
• Sexual exploitation or violent threats.
• Spam, manipulated engagement or repeated unwanted contact.
• Publishing another person's sensitive private information.
• False reviews, fake accreditations or misleading pricing.
• Content or services that break applicable law.

Act responsibly

Use accurate paid-partnership and AI disclosures on posts. Keep property availability, professional claims and prices current. Respect a person's request to stop contacting them.

Enforcement

Matchouse may limit content or account access while assessing concerns and can remove content or restrict accounts for breaches. Serious or repeated behaviour may lead to a ban.

Use the in-product report control when you see a concern.
