Manage Agency and Professional Business Group Chats

Agency and Service Professional Business conversations can include approved team members so work is not tied to one person's inbox.

Agency chat settings

Open the agency profile settings and Chat settings. Choose which eligible agency roles should join shared conversations. Agency roles include Owner, Admin, Moderator and Member. The owner remains included where required.

Professional business chat settings

Open the business profile settings and Chat settings. Select the business members who should participate in shared lead and customer conversations.

Use least access

Include only people who need the conversation for their work. Remove access when responsibilities or membership change. Team members should not copy customer data into personal tools without a lawful business reason.

Booking team is separate

Chat participation and booking-team assignment are different settings. Manage bookable providers under Booking and Teams.
