Property conversations include a viewing flow so both sides can keep the proposed date and status in one place.

Propose a viewing

  1. Open the chat connected to the property.
  2. Open the additional actions menu.
  3. Select Arrange viewing.
  4. Choose the proposed date and time and send it.

Respond to a proposal

The recipient can accept or reject the viewing. Use the message controls to reschedule or cancel when plans change.

Estate agency and owner actions

An Estate Agency or property owner may select an eligible team member to host. The advertiser can also use the property-chat control to share the address when appropriate.

Stay safe

Confirm who will attend and avoid sharing unnecessary personal information. If a message or viewing request seems suspicious, stop and report it.

Arranging a viewing does not reserve the property or create a tenancy or sale agreement.
