Matchouse needs some information to operate accounts, profiles, listings, leads, bookings and payments. What other users see depends on the feature and your role.

Public or shared information

Profile fields, posts, reviews, listings and portfolio content can be public. Contact information may be shared through an eligible lead or conversation flow. A property listing marks the flat or house number as private during creation.

Keep sensitive data out of content

Do not place identity documents, passwords, login codes, full payment card data or unnecessary private contact details in posts, descriptions, reviews or chat.

Payments and identity checks

Payment and verification providers handle the secure steps of supported checkouts and identity verification. Review the notices shown before submitting information.

Your controls

Review your public profile, edit account details and delete the account from Danger zone. Agency members can review available profile visibility settings.
